Atlus Announces 3 Nintendo 3DS JRPGs Coming to USA

Attention JRPG lovers!

Atlus has announced JRPGs Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth, Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology and Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS in the Americas.

Etrian Odyssey V: Beyond the Myth has a release window of Fall 2017 and is the fifth installment of the Etrian Odyssey series (we reviewed the fourth in 2013). It follows a new adventurer as they attempt to reach the top of the towering Yggdrasil Tree - check out the announcement trailer for Etrian Odyssey V below.

Radiant Historia: Perfect Chronology is an expanded Nintendo 3DS port of the 2011 original that adds more gameplay and story content. It's due to hit the west in early 2018.

Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux expands on 2010's Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey  with new story content, additional endings and a new dungeon, and will also see a release window of early 2018 in the West.

Etrian Odyssey V and Radiant Historia will be voiced in English while Strange Journey Redux will retain its original Japanese cast.
