Star Wars: Ron Howard Will Take Over as Han Solo Director

Ron Howard will direct the young Han Solo Star Wars anthology movie.

Following the departure of Phil Lord and Chris Miller following creative differences with writer Lawrence Kasdan, Howard was rumored to be taking over the project.

The Hollywood Reporter says its sources have now confirmed that the director of The Da Vinci Code, A Beautiful Mind and Willow will be stepping in to retool the film.
