Dragon Ball FighterZ will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in early 2018. A Nintendo Switch version may be released at a later date, but only if enough fans request it.
A closed beta is tentatively scheduled for this summer. Bandai Namco says details about the beta will be revealed in the near future.
