Square Enix has announced Kingdom Hearts Unchained Key, its upcoming Kingdom Hearts game in development for iOS and Android, will be getting a Western release.
Unchained Key is the first Kingdom Hearts game to be developed specifically for smartphones, and will apparently link its storyline directly to that of Kingdom Hearts 3. As is typical for the series, the game will feature numerous appearances from iconic Disney characters such as Mickey Mouse and Snow White, only this time the visual style has taken on a flatter, cel-shaded look.
Kingdom Hearts Unchained Key will be released in Japan in 2015, however a release window for the West has not yet been given.
