On top of that, Seinfeld will also film two new stand-up specials for the streaming service, one of which will premiere later this year, and help develop unscripted and scripted programming for the streaming giant.

"When I first started thinking about Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, the entire Netflix business model consisted of mailing out DVDs in envelopes," Seinfeld said in a statement. "I love that we are now joining together, both at very different points."

Despite this Netflix deal, the comedian's hit show Seinfeld will still only be available to stream on Hulu.
