Following the news that HBO has renewed Westworld for a second season, Ed Harris has confirmed that his character, the Man in Black, will be back for Season 2.
"I was just talking to Jonah Nolan last night, who's a creator of this thing with his wife Lisa Joy, and yeah, they’re doing another season," Harris told BBC Radio 4 (via /Flim). "They’re going to do ten more episodes, and I will be involved."
The first season of Westworld only has three episodes left, and once the Season 1 finale airs, it may be quite some time before fans get to experience the next chapter in HBO's critically acclaimed sci-fi drama. According to programming president Casey Bloys, Season 2 won't likely premiere until 2018, thanks to the incredible amount of work and time that goes into producing the show.
