Zelda: Link Between Worlds Characters Coming to Hyrule Warriors

Giving you a new angle on some top-down characters.

Koei Tecmo has announced that Ravio and Yuga - both introduced in The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds - will be the final DLC characters for Hyrule Warriors and Hyrule Warriors Legends.

As spotted by Siliconera, the 3DS Zelda entry's primary antagonist and the mysterious owner of its item rental shop will be joining the hack 'n' slash on October 31 in Japan (western releases are so far unconfirmed).

Yuga and Ravio - Hyrule Warriors' last characters to drop.

According to the season pass plan announced earlier this year, this will be the final piece of downloadable content for either version of Hyrule Warriors.

While the Wii U edition will only receive the two characters, Legends will also receive a new Lorule-themed Adventure Map, which will contain 17 new character costumes and 15 new My Fairy outfits - you can see a few in the gallery below:

While we enjoyed the Zelda meets Dynasty Warriors mash-up on Wii U, we liked it far less on 3DS, despite the increase in content. If you do want it on handheld, make sure you have a New 3DS.
