Rayman Creator Shares Images of Lost SNES Rayman Game

"Should do a Switch version of this."

Rayman creator Michel Ancel has shared details of an unreleased Super Nintendo Rayman game.

"Four people in the world have seen this," Ancel posted on Instagram (NeoGAF via Polygon). "We thought it was lost, but somewhere in the cold electronic circuit, something was alive."

Just a few days ago, Ancel had shared on Instagram that he'd thought the game was lost forever, stating: "We've lost the build. All these pixels are lost, like tears in the rain ..."

But yesterday, Ancel shared images of the ERPOM cartridge, plus a screenshot of the unreleased game which had been planned for the Super Nintendo.

"Incroyable!!!!" he said in a comment . "We have found the old unique Rayman SNES ROM !!!! It was sleeping for 24 years ..... Time to wake it up !!!!"

"And running at full 60fps!!!," he added. "Should do a Switch version of this."
