The Justice Society of America, or JSA, made their full debut on DC's Legends of Tomorrow this week, after being teased last year with the last-minute arrival of team member Hourman in the season finale. With the Legends adventuring lately in 1942, it was only natural for them to run into that original superhero team of World War II-era characters.
But unlike their cousins the Justice League of America, the JSA isn't quite as well known to fans. So let's take a look at their history and how they've been adapted for Legends of Tomorrow.
