Summer TV Preview

Mr. Robot, Preacher, Orange is the New Black, and more. Check out our guide to all the new and returning TV shows this summer.

While it's easy to get caught up in all the new network shows for the 2016-2017 season, let's not forget we have a full summer ahead of us. A summer filled with returning shows like Mr. Robot, The Strain, Powers, Wayward Pines, and more!

There are also plenty of new shows. Comic adaptations like Robert Kirkman's Outcast and Preacher (adapted/developed by Seth Rogen and Adam Goldberg), along with summertime Netflix fare like Orange is the New Black, Bloodline, Marco Polo, Stranger Things, Voltron: Legendary Defender, and Baz Luhrmann's The Get Down.

We've also included some shows like Penny Dreadful and Person of Interest, which recently started their current seasons earlier this month. So let's check out the summer of TV!

NOTE: Not every single summer show gets its own write up. For a longer list of show debuts/premieres from May through August, head to Page 3.
