Japanese fashion house Roen is teaming with Square Enix to bring out a clothing line based on the costumes worn in Final Fantasy XV.
Now anyone can look the part of Noctis or Prompto from the upcoming game, but a complete outfit is going to put a serious dent in your wallet. Site allgamesdelta.net did the yen-to-dollar conversions, and if you want to go full-Noctis, you're going to need to pony up just under $2500.
The Prompto line is even more expensive, coming in at over $3,300. However, part of that price is a $259 pair of fingerless gloves, something anyone who's had cold hands, but warm fingers, will surely appreciate.
There's also a bandanna, cheetah-print denim slacks, and a real cool pair of socks currently available. The apparel isn't costume wear, but actual, high-end designer clothing modeled on the clothes worn in the game.
Roen has paired with Square Enix in the past for earlier Final Fantasy games, and other fashion houses have gotten into the games-as-high-fashion world. Recently Italian company Moschino paired with Nintendo to create a line of clothing based on the denizens of the Mushroom Kingdom.
The Final Fantasy XV release date was confirmed as September 30 at an special Final Fantasy event after having leaked earlier in the day.
