Two New Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite Characters Revealed

Firebrand the Red Blaze joins the fight.

Capcom has revealed two new fighters for Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite.

Capcom announced the two characters on Facebook, the first of which is Marvel's Dormammu, who first appeared in comics in Strange Tales #126 in 1964. Most recently, he appeared in the live-action Doctor Strange film after having been previously available to play in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3.

The second new fighter is another returning character from Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Gargoyle's Quest's Firebrand the Red Blaze. The two were revealed together in the Marvel Comics variant cover above.

Capcom will reveal the first gameplay footage featuring the two fighters during Gamescom on August 22.

Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite will be released for PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on September 19.
