While poking around the official Japanese Pokemon website to figure out what this mysterious Pokemon teaser meant, I stumbled upon the official Japanese Pokemon Instagram account, and it is just way too cute not to share. It mainly features photos of Pikachu plush and toys in fun scenes, and plenty of clumsy Pikachu costumes, too. Here are just a few of our favorites.
In contrast, the International Pokemon Instagram account has a lot fewer squee-worthy Pikachu, but is a great account to follow for Pokemon news. Obviously, if you're in it just for cute staged pictures of Pikachu and ridiculous videos of Pikachu suits, the Japanese Pokemon Instagram is the way to go, even if you can't read the descriptions.
