Pokemon Sun and Moon TGC Burning Shadows Out Today

Featuring Salazzle-GX, Necrozma-GX, and many more.

Burning Shadows, the third expansion of the Pokemon Trading Card Game's Sun & Moon series, launches today, bringing with it over 140 new cards.

A total of 12 new GX cards are featured in the expansion, including Tapu Fini-GX, Necrozma-GX, Salazzle-GX and the previously revealed Golisopod GX. Burning Shadows also features two new theme decks, one starring Alolan Ninetales and the other featuring Lycanroc on its cover.

In celebration of the debut of Salazzle-GX in the Pokemon Trading Card Game, players in the UK with a copy of Pokemon Sun or Pokemon Moon can get a level 50 Salazzle in their game when they bring their 3DS to GAME stores starting August 18. Additionally, those in the US can get Salazzle at GameStop from August 14 to September 4.

A promotion is also being held at Toys"R"Us, where, starting today, you can get an exclusive Stufful promo card with your purchase.
