The music of Spider-Man: Homecoming will be scored by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino.
In a post on Twitter, the composer behind Doctor Strange confirmed that rumors of his involvement in Sony and Marvel's upcoming Spider-Man solo film are indeed true.
In addition to having worked on Marvel's new box office hit, Giacchino also crafted the score for Disney and Lucasfilms' upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, as well as the latest Star Trek and Planet of the Apes films. He also scored Jurassic World, and won an Oscar for Pixar's Up.
