Overwatch will be free to play next weekend, November 18–21 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
The free weekend will include Overwatch's full roster of 22 heroes, 13 maps, and different play modes such as Quick Play, Custom Games, and the latest Weekly Brawl.
All progress, including character level, loot boxes, and customization options will carry over past the weekend if you decide to purchase the game after testing it out.
A PlayStation Plus or Xbox Live Gold membership will be needed to participate in the weekend, which officially starts on November 18 at 11am PT and ends on November 21 at 4:00pm PT. A handy guide to start times in the UK, Australia, and elsewhere around can be found over at the official Overwatch site.
Are you not one of the already 20 million registered Overwatch players and thinking about participating? Be sure to check out our Overwatch review, which calls the first-person shooter "an incredible achievement in multiplayer shooter design."
