The NES Classic Edition has finally arrived at IGN! We'll have a full review posted on the site soon, but we wanted to give you an up-close look at this remarkably small little retro video game system from Nintendo.
The NES Classic will be available on November 11 for $59.99 USD. It comes pre-loaded with 30 games from the NES era, with headliners like Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, and more, packed into this little machine. It comes bundled with a single NES Classic Controller, but you can buy an additional one to play multiplayer games for $9.99. Watch us unbox the machine in the video below.
Nintendo announced the NES Classic in July. Last month, GameStop announced on twitter it will not be taking pre-orders for the NES Classic but the company would not explain why. The Japanese video game maker announced the Nintendo Classic Mini Family Computer, basically the Japanese equivalent of the NES Classic, in September.
