UPDATE: Now that more than 70 cards have been revealed, I've broken them out into slideshows by class, gang and rarity. I'll continue to update these through to launch. Please bear in mind I'm waiting for the official image for each new card, so will generally be a couple of cards behind. Also please note that there have been NO SHAMAN CARDS revealed so far.
Original story below.
NOTE: THE SLIDESHOW BELOW WAS LAST UPDATED NOVEMBER 20
The new Hearthstone expansion, Mean Streets of Gadgetzan is introducing 132 new cards into the game, alongside a whole new theme - gangs!
Each gang is comprised of three classes, and has a set of cards that can only be played by the members of that gang. The gangs are: the Grimy Goons (Hunters, Paladins and Warriors), Jade Lotus (Druids, Rogues and Shamans), and The Kabal (Mages, Priest and Warlocks).
Kazakus - a Kabal legendary card - is particularly cool.
Tri-class cards take Hearthstone in an exciting new direction, but will only wind up being a small part of the overall set. Good thing, then, that we're already seeing some very interesting class and neutral cards. Just check out our slideshow of the cards that have been revealed to date (as of November 20 Australian time):
You can also read my thoughts on two specific cards that IGN was given to reveal: Grimestreet Smuggler and Grimestreet Protector.
Oh, and that reveal trailer again in case you missed it!
We'll have more on Mean Streets of Gadgetzan soon, so keep your eye on the site!
Cam Shea is senior editor in IGN's Sydney office and recently wrote about whether the Mean Streets set will see Mid-range Shaman dethroned. Tweet at him here.
