EA is looking to launch one or two games for Nintendo Switch, and it sounds like they'll be from very familiar franchises.
GameSpot reports that EA CFO Blake Jorgensen mentioned one of those games will be a notable port from the company while speaking at the UBS Global Technology Conference. "We haven't yet announced what game, but you should assume that it's one of our bigger games," he said. "We're excited for Nintendo."
But Jorgensen is still cautious about Nintendo Switch's appeal. "It's an interesting device," he said. "But I can't yet predict how broad it's going to be.
"Will people be interested in a portable device alongside their regular portable device that they have today?"
EA hasn't released a Wii U game in years, and the company's 3DS support seemingly ended with FIFA 15.
EA was unveiled as a Nintendo Switch partner last month and congratulated the Big N on the console's reveal. And the publisher has a plethora of games and franchises that could come to Switch, like Battlefield, Mass Effect and Madden.
Nintendo won't be commenting on anything Switch-related until next year. There will be a Nintendo Switch presentation January 12.
