To celebrate the 75th anniversary of Wonder Woman, Zach Snyder has released a new photo of Gal Gadot as the Amazonian superhero in his upcoming Justice League film.
The image was shown in honor of the character during a celebration at the United Nations, and has since been posted on Snyder's official Twitter account. Check out the photo below to see Gadot sporting a very serious face amidst a fiery background.
Snyder is the director behind Justice League, which debuts in theaters on November 17, 2017. Joining Gadot in the DC ensemble is a host of other iconic heroes, including Ben Affleck's Batman, Ezra Miller's The Flash, Jason Mamoa's Aquaman and several others. In fact, Amber Heard's Mera of Atlantis will also make an appearance in Justice League, ahead of her more prominent role in James Wan's standalone Aquaman film.
In addition to Justice League, Gadot will star as Wonder Woman in her own solo film, which opens in theaters five months earlier on June 2, and draws inspiration from Christopher Reeve's Superman.
