Back in June, it was rumored that AMC filmed multiple variations of The Walking Dead's Season 7 premiere death.
It was reported that all cast members involved had filmed their a death scene, one of which has now leaked.

In the clip, which you can watch below, it's Maggie that gets the bat—but before that, Glenn has an outburst and gets smacked, too, though not by Lucille. As for the actual outcome, it's still horrifying and brutal.
AMC has not confirmed whether or not this was an actual consideration for the Season 7 premiere, or just an extended version of Rick's visions of his buddies getting whacked by Lucille.
The Walking Dead executive producer Greg Nicotero spoke out about the show's violence early this week, noting that the team wanted to push the limits a bit. "We felt it was important to launch us into the season by showing the extend of what Negan is capable of because that drives so much of where the season is going from here on in," Nicotero said.
