AirPower Mat Announced

Apple will release a wireless charging station next year called the AirPower mat.

The charging pad will support iPhone 8, iPhone X, Apple Watch Series 3 and AirPods. The AirPower mat will work with up to three of these devices at a time by placing them on the surface.

Apple revealed the AirPower mat today, which can charge three devices at the same time. It's set to release next year.

Apple is using the Qi wireless charging standard. There's no price point yet for the AirPower mat.

Now these devices aren't the only new products from Apple. The company also announced the new Apple TV today.
